  • Track Your Order
    To track your order, please click here. Please note order tracking is available after 4pm cental on the day your package is shipped. When the order ships, carrier website will show that a label was created. Upon the creation of a label, the order generally shows movement within 24-48 hours on the shipper’s website. Your complete Order History is available when signed in on Amari's home goods. Your order history will be stored for 6 months.   • Can I cancel an order?
    Once you have placed your order and it has been ship, we are unable to change or cancel your order. If you do find you have placed an order that you no longer require, you can return it within 14 days of your order date for a refund within the terms of our Return Policy for Items Purchased Online.   • Can I request a price adjustment?
    If you are not completely satisfied with your online order, please do not hesitate to return it within 30 days of your order date. We accept returns with either your receipt or your shipping confirmation email. The packing slip you receive with your order is your receipt.
  • Who do I contact about my online order?
    For Issues With Your Order, Please Call (808) 86 AMARI. Customer Service hours are Monday through Friday 10 AM to 7 PM EST. If it is outside our business hours, you can fill out our Contact Us Form
  • How much will it cost to ship my order?
    Shipping costs vary by order total and can range from $7.95 to $15.95. For express and overnight delivery, add $15 and $35, respectively
  • If I place an order, when will I be charged?
    Your selected method of payment will be charged once your items have shipped. You will receive an email notification confirming shipment (be sure to check your spam folder).
  • How do I use a promo code?
    Promo codes may be entered in your basket. In the right-hand column, click Enter a Promo Code and enter the code. Only one promo code may be applied per order. Please note that exclusions vary from promotion to promotion.
  • Holiday Return Policy
    Purchases made between 11/01/2022 and 12/25/2022 may be returned through 1/25/2023. Our normal return policy will apply to all purchases made beginning 12/26/2022.
  • Return an Online Purchase at a Store
    You can return online purchases to a store for free within 30 days of your order date, unless otherwise noted on the packing slip. Please note: Items purchased at Amarishomegoods.com can only be returned to a Amari's Home Goods store. To Complete A Return In Store You Will Need To Provide: Your receipt/packing slip or your shipping confirmation email For returns without a receipt, you will need to provide a valid government issued photo ID, name, address. You Will Receive a Merchandise Credit (Which Is Only Redeemable at Our Stores) If: If the item is NOT returned within 30 days of your order date The item is returned without a receipt/packing slip or shipping confirmation email. The item is returned with a gift receipt. The item was purchased partly or entirely with a gift card. The item was purchased using PayPal.   • Return an Online Purchase by Mail
    Items returned by mail will receive a full refund if they arrive at our warehouse within 14 days of your order date with a receipt/packing slip. Note: There is a return shipping and handling fee of $9.99 which will be deducted from your refund unless the merchandise is defective. To avoid return shipping and handling costs, you can bring your online purchase to a Amari's Home Goods store. To Complete A Return By Mail, Follow These Steps: Use the return shipping label we have included on your receipt. Include your receipt or a copy of your shipping confirmation email in your package. Drop off the package at the shipping carrier indicated on your return label.
  • When will I receive my refund?
    Due to the additional health and wellness practices, we have introduced to our online fulfillment center, you may experience delays in the processing of returns. If the item is returned within 14 days of your order date with a receipt/packing slip a refund will be credited to your original form of payment. Note: There is a return shipping and handling fee of $9.99 which will be deducted from your refund unless the merchandise is defective.   • Cost of Shipping
    Standard shipping is free when you spend $100 or more. If you spend less than $100, the cost of shipping is based on the purchase amount and shipping method. Please note some states require tax to be charged on the shipping and handling/freight line.
  • When will I receive my shipment?
    Due to the impact of COVID-19, there may be a delay in the processing and shipping of some orders. Thank you in advance for your patience. Standard takes 8-12 days Express takes 4–6 days Expedited takes 2–3 days Please allow additional time for delivery of oversized items, oversized orders, items with special shipping charges and addresses outside of the 48 contiguous U.S. Standard delivery time frames do not apply to APO/FPO/DPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico shipments. These shipments can take up to 5 additional days. Amari'sHome Goods is not responsible for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, email or computer malfunctions or any other causes beyond our control.
  • How do I get free shipping?

    You can choose to pay with a Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Amari's Home Goods giftcard
  • What should I do if my payment method is rejected?
    If your payment method is rejected and you are using a valid credit card from Mastercard, Visa, or American Express, then please contact your bank for assistance. You can always contact us at Amari's Home Goods
  • When I submit credit card information online, is it secure?"
    Amari's Home Goods has sophisticated encryption and authentication tools to protect the security of your credit card information, and we will do our best to protect its security on our systems. Specifically, every page in the amarishomegoods.com ordering process that requests credit card information uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, which is designed to render information unreadable should anyone try to intercept it. However, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our website, and you do so at your own risk.
